As our Project Success Executive, there are no dull moments as the everchanging nature of projects and evolving client requirements offer different challenges each day.
You will become an expert multi-tasker with an eye for detail on managing project timelines with the opportunity to work across all teams and functions in the space of digital analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What would you be doing?
● Project Management & Planning
o Assist in drafting project plans and documentation to ensure that projects are managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones.
o Produce project documentation and implement knowledge practices to support the development of training materials and content for end users
o Produce user guides and SOP documentation for internal business systems
● Project Support
o Track all tasks and effort for project task deliveries
o Provide administrative support to all project team members
o Update and Maintain records of client and account information
o Prepare test case documents and support user acceptance and data quality assurance tests
● Collaboration & Communication
o Ensure project objectives are clearly articulated and understood by internal and external team members
o Document meetings and communications with clients in meeting minutes
o Plan and communicate clear timelines and deadlines, ensure they are being understood and adhered to.
● Project Performance Measurement
o Measure and report on productivity metrics, allowing continuous improvements on efficiency, effectiveness of resource utilization
● Other duties
o Support team mates across job functions
o Involvement in knowledge management process
